Dine for a Cause: ‘Parma for the Kids’ Returns to Support the Royal Children’s Hospital

Melbourne’s most heartwarming food fundraiser is back! Nikakis Hospitality proudly presents the much-anticipated *Parma for the Kids* event, with 100% of proceeds supporting the Good Friday Appeal (https://www.goodfridayappeal.com.au/), which aids the life-saving work of the Royal Children’s Hospital (https://www.rch.org.au/).

Led by third-generation hotelier Matt Nikakis (https://www.linkedin.com/in/matt-nikakis/), Nikakis Hospitality continues its legacy of philanthropy. Over three decades, the group has raised more than $700,000 through community-driven campaigns like *Parma for the Kids*, reflecting their unwavering commitment to children’s health and well-being.

This year’s event will take place on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 12 pm to 9 pm at two iconic venues:

Rosstown Hotel (https://www.rosstownhotel.com.au/)
Racecourse Hotel (https://www.racecoursehotel.com.au/)

Enjoy a chicken parma and pot for $35, knowing every dollar goes directly toward helping young patients.

For those closer to St Kilda, a special edition of the campaign — *Burger for the Kids* — will run at Trinity St Kilda (https://www.trinitystkilda.com.au/) from 3:30 pm to 9 pm, offering a burger and pot for just $20.

All proceeds from the day will contribute to purchasing essential medical equipment and funding pediatric research at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Over the years, loyal patrons and local businesses have rallied behind Nikakis Hospitality’s fundraising initiatives. This year, the collaboration between the three venues highlights a shared vision of building a stronger, more compassionate community.

Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are encouraged to ensure you don’t miss out on this meaningful day of delicious giving.

Book your table now (https://www.rosstownhotel.com.au/book-a-table) and help make a difference — one meal at a time.
