Rare portfolio of four freehold sites EPA-licenced for hazardous waste handling across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane hit the market
Knight Frank has been appointed to market a rare portfolio of four EPA-licenced industrial facilities leased to ASX-listed Cleanaway Waste Management (ASX: CWY), offering investors a unique opportunity to acquire critical environmental infrastructure across Australia’s Eastern Seaboard.

The portfolio is offered for sale individually or in one line via Expressions of Interest closing Thursday, 30 July 2026 at 4.00pm (AEST).

ASX-listed Cleanaway Waste Management is Australia’s largest integrated waste services business, operating a national network of collection, treatment, recovery and disposal facilities servicing government, defence, utilities, mining, manufacturing and industrial clients. The company’s operations across the four sites include liquid waste processing, chemical and hazardous waste storage and treatment, resource recovery and technical environmental services.
“For investors seeking genuinely passive income from a blue-chip tenant, this is about as good as it gets,” Maciel added.
