ANNOUNCES TWO INTIMATE PERFORMANCES IN SYDNEY & MELBOURNE THIS MAY

Frontier Touring is thrilled to confirm two intimate performances for singer-songwriter Jack Savoretti, this May. Savoretti will perform songs from his acclaimed fourth studio album Written In Scars (out now through Liberator/BMG), stopping off in Sydney and Melbourne. Supporting Savoretti will be one of Australia’s brightest upcoming singer-songwriter’s – Melody Pool.

Undoubtedly one of the breakout artists of the last year, Jack Savoretti’s UK gold-certified record Written in Scars, has touched the hearts and minds of fans around the globe. Singles ‘Catapult’ and ‘Home’ display Savoretti’s husky and intoxicating voice and knack for lyrical storytelling set against touching melodies, both melancholic and uplifting.

Produced by Jon Green (Ed Sheeran, James Bay) ‘Catapult’, showcases Jack’s incredible vocal range. A track that pours with heartfelt emotion and audible passion, it is set to solidify his status as one of the most gifted singer-songwriters around right now.

2016 has seen Jack perform live on a multitude of TV shows including The Graham Norton Show where he performed his touching ballad ‘Catapult’. This performance immediately propelled Jack into the iTunes Charts, introducing the world to the Brits natural talent for performing live.

Joining Jack on the stage is singer-songwriter Melody Pool. Melody burst onto the scene in 2013 with her debut album The Hurting Scene. The Australian declared it Album of the Year, with Iain Shedden calling it “one of the most accomplished debuts by an Australian singer-songwriter for many years”. Rolling Stone listed it as one of the 50 best albums of 2013, stating, “Pool’s voice is sublime, her lyrics propelled by heartache”. Standout tracks from The Hurting Scene include ‘Somebody You’ve Never Met Before’ and ‘Henry’.

With the recent announce of her second album Deep Dark Savage Heart (out 29 April through liberation Music), Melody’s highly anticipated return saw the release of the album’s first single ‘Love, She Loves Me’. Later next month, Melody will embark on a national tour of Australia in support of Deep Dark Savage Heart.
