Police have thwarted an alleged drug trafficker’s operation to supply cocaine across St Kilda, following his arrest and the seizure of $35,000 worth of the drugs.
Detectives from the Prahran Divisional Response Unit commenced an investigation in May into the alleged distribution of cocaine following several anonymous reports made to Crime Stoppers.
Officers then executed a search warrant at an apartment at STK Apartments, 3-5 St Kilda Road, St Kilda 3182, about 5:30am on Thursday 13 November 2025, arresting a 25-year-old man at the scene.
Inside, police seized a traffickable quantity of cocaine with an estimated potential street value of $35,000, as well as quantities of MDMA, cannabis and cash, and electronic devices.
The man has been charged with trafficking cocaine, possessing cocaine, MDMA and cannabis, and knowingly deal with proceeds of crime.
He was bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 4 May 2026.
The British national faces deportation if found guilty.
