Half fill 7 oz glass with cracked ice
Add 1 oz Brandy, or preferred White Spirit
1/2 oz Lime juice cordial
Top up with soda water Garnish with 1/2 slice of lemon
Add drinking straw and swizzle stick

Half fill 7 oz glass with cracked ice
Add 1 oz of preferred White Spirit
1 oz Lemon squash cordial
Top up with Soda water
Garnish with 1/2 slice of lemon

WITH TONIC
Half fill 1 oz glass with cracked ice
Add 1 oz of preferred White Spirit
Top up with Tonic water
Garnish with 1/2 slice of lemon

1 oz Cream
Shake and strain into cold glass
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
