VENUS

WITH LIME AND SODA

Half fill 7 oz glass with cracked ice
Add 1 oz Brandy, or preferred White Spirit
1/2 oz Lime juice cordial
Top up with soda water Garnish with 1/2 slice of lemon
Add drinking straw and swizzle stick


WITH SQUASH AND SODA

Half fill 7 oz glass with cracked ice
Add 1 oz of preferred White Spirit
1 oz Lemon squash cordial
Top up with Soda water
Garnish with 1/2 slice of lemon
Add drinking straw and swizzle stick

WITH TONIC

Half fill 1 oz glass with cracked ice
Add 1 oz of preferred White Spirit
Top up with Tonic water
Garnish with 1/2 slice of lemon
Add drinking straw and swizzle stick

1 oz Bols Cherry Brandy
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz Cream
Shake and strain into cold glass
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

.75 oz Cointreau liqueur
.75 oz Galliano liqueur
.75 oz fresh Orange juice
.75 oz fresh Cream Shake and strain into 5 oz. champagne glass
Place slit maraschino cherry on lip of glass

.75 oz Dry Gin
.75 oz Galliano liqueur
.75 oz Creme de Noyaux liqueur or almond liqueur
.75 oz fresh Orange juice
.75 oz fresh Cream
Shake and strain into 5 oz. champagne glass
Place slit maraschino
cherry on lip of glass.
