We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Community Planting Days from July to August at The Briars.
This year’s events are particularly special as we will be planting trees within the new Sanctuary expansion area.
We invite you to join us in this important initiative to support locally extinct and endangered species.
Bring your friends and family to make a positive difference for our local environment and wildlife!
More trees being planted to create a magical habitat for koalas at The Briars
The Mornington Peninsula Koala Conservation Group and Mornington Peninsula Shire, invite you to a special tree planting event on 31 August 2024 aimed at supporting koalas and other precious species on the Peninsula.
The planting day is all made possible due to the 1,400 trees donated through ticket sales at Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience!
This event will focus on revegetating large areas of The Briars’ broadacres. Our goal is to provide more habitat for wildlife, help the environment by harvesting carbon, and create beautiful walking and educational spaces for the community.
