The Festive Season is upon us, but for many of our colleagues in the music industry, it can be a lonely and difficult time.That feeling of isolation can be exacerbated if there is not enough money to put food on the table. That’s why Support Act is providing food vouchers to all its service users over the coming weeks, but we need your help.
Will you make a donation today so that we can provide individual service users with a $50 voucher, and families with a $100 voucher?
It’s a relatively small contribution, but one that will have a huge impact on the mental health and wellbeing of vulnerable artists and music workers at this important time of year. In the words of one of our beneficiaries from last year:
“Thank you ALL for the Coles voucher! What a wonderful surprise! Another year has passed …. double cataract surgery, lung biopsy to add to the mix – but my spirit is good most of the time…. not easy on a disability pension but help comes when I need it. Just like now. THANK YOU.”
