In the second and final part of the Life and Times of Lesley Roxborough, the stories continue to flow freely and we learn how Lesley gained her drivers license, a story in itself and, the circumstances that led up to the gaining of it.
We learn of her interest in her local historical society and in doing so, we actually learn more about her childhood, pre WW II.
Yet, it is her story about a neighboring farmer, who was badly burnt in a tractor accident, that you will probably find most engrossing and is one that reinforces, just how tough life was on the landing this period.
