West Australian Music (WAM) in partnership with Healthway is pleased to announce the fourth series of Library Sessions; all ages live music events at the State Library of Western Australia.
The series, which is organised by WAM’s youth music council New Noise Collective, aims to provide opportunities for people of all ages to experience live music in a safe and welcoming environment. The Library Sessions take place on the ground floor of the State Library; an accessible and welcoming space with ample seating available. Audience members are encouraged to listen as they walk through the space or stay and watch the artists.
Series 4 of WAM’s Library Sessions will feature a diverse range of artists and musical styles including ambient electronica from Lia T, instrumental jazz fusion from Goof Troop, and the gentle indie musings of Smol Fish.

ABOUT THE NEW NOISE COLLECTIVE
Led by a small group of passionate music lovers (aged 16-20), the New Noise Collective presented by Act-Belong-Commit was brought together by WAM to develop and implement practical ideas to strengthen WA’s youth music scene, including organising and promoting events that help connect young crowds with emerging local acts.
