Anthony Power, chef and co-founder of Liverpool restaurant Pilgrim, is returning home to Melbourne to hold a seven-course tasting event in collaboration with Paolo Arlotta of Herbivorous Nights. Taking place over the last two weekends of March, the tasting journey will be inspired by the ancient pilgrimage across Spain called Camino de Santiago.
Diners will be taken on a gastronomic journey from Rome to Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Northwest Spain, to be matched with cocktails and non-alcoholic elixirs concocted by Orlando Marzo who was crowned as the Worlds’ Best Bartender in 2018. Wine sommelier and guru Liinaa Berry will be curating a bespoke wine pairing to suit the diverse menu.
