On the nose apple & pear and a honey hint.
In the mouth – Palate of soft honey, lemon with pear leading the way. With a fair whack of sweetness filled with flavours of Meyer lemons and floral notes. All in good balance a refreshing cleansing acid effect washing the plate clean. The finish is long and flavourful. Best enjoyed with food: Asian, spicy foods, savoury creamy sauce, pork roast, scallops, lobster, crab, and many different cheeses.
For me this wine needs the clean flavours of spicy Asian foods, to counter balance the sweetness of the wine.
