And be sure to join our Perth Edition, just a week before the Festival kicks off, and catch a range of fascinating panel discussions of emerging and acclaimed authors from Indonesia and Down Under. If you can’t join us in person, all our events will be live-streamed.

Cooking Class and Market Tour

Village Cycling

This cycling tour allows you to see some of Bali’s greatest treasures. The tour starts just outside Ubud center and travels through rice field tracks and back roads through local villages and rice terraces.

We are joining forces again with Writing WA to present a three-day celebration transporting the magic of Ubud to Perth. Learn more about the in-person forum that connects readers with emerging and acclaimed authors from Indonesia and Down Under.
The Festival Club is an event running each day of the UWRF22 program. The Festival Club will feature various young speakers and inspiring figures, discussing a range of diverse topics from literature, social issues, the environment, and art.
