Dear Wayward Sister,
I am writing to inform you about the ‘Wayward Woman Giving Fund‘ – a vibrant and collaborative giving circle community I have recently created that endeavours to create significant and positive change in the world.
Wayward Woman Giving Fund (WWGF) raises funds that are distributed to Victorian non-profit organisations and projects that support and benefit four key areas:
1. Women – Education, economic justice, violence against women, women’s civic and political participation, women’s health, housing, culture.
2. Children – Education, child safety, housing, culture, health.
3. Cultural Community Development (CCD) – The creative sector and the community working together to create projects that benefit the community.
4. The Environment – Environmental groups that are focusing on local issues.
Members have the opportunity to not only vote on where our grants are awarded, but there are other member benefits including your business or project receiving a mention in our monthly newsletter.
We have created a sliding scale of membership fees starting at $5 a month or $60 a year.
