The places that cannot be covered with rigid duct, can be easily covered with flexible ducts. Though a cheaper option than rigid ducts, flexible ducts are notorious for their tendency of leaking if the installation is not done properly by an expert.
Even though flexible ducts are cheaper than the rigid ducts, the later is much more durable and reliable in the long run. For a quick and easy installation however, flexible ducts would be your best bet.
