Penny will be joined by artist Louise Paramor who has been commissioned for a number of permanent public sculptures, the most recent being the monumental Panorama Station, Peninsula Link Freeway, Melbourne (2012). Louise graduated from the Western Australian Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Painting (1985) and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Sculpture at the Victorian College of the Arts (1988).
