Welcome to Listen To Older Voices, a program produced by Rob Greaves for Uniting Melba and podcast through the Toorak Times and Tagg.” color=”sandy-brown”][/vc_cta]

Listen To Older Voices presents the stories, views and opinions of our older citizens. It is predominantly in a life & times format, with interviewees reflecting upon their lives from earliest memories. An underlying principle of the program is to promote the concept of positive ageing, reinforcing the principle that older people have & continue to make a valuable contribution to both their local & wider community.

This is the second part of a 3-part repeat program on the Life and Times of Baby Boomer, Robert Lloyd.

This week we follow Roberts story of his life in Melbourne in the 60’s. We listen with interest to not only the story behind of the developing music scene in Melbourne, which would become the biggest and most active in Australia, but also the story behind the development of a whole generation that moved from the 60’s into the 1970’s.

We also learn how and why it was that his writing and composition skills grew and his joining of some iconic groups such as Cam-Pact.
