Greenworld – Work of the week: Unburden 2015, Nicole Foreshew
Hear about the works ‘Unburden 2015’ from Nicole Foreshew with Bayside Gallery Curator, Joanna Bosse.
Nicole Foreshew is an artist, curator, and writer from the Wiradjuri Nation in central west New South Wales. As a multi-disciplinary artist who works in photography, video, sculpture, and textiles, Foreshew’s practice explores the significant relationship between cultural identity and connection to the land.
Greenworld – Meet local artist Joiwind Lowe
Meet Joiwind Lowe, a Melbourne-based American artist who currently works in photography. Her photo printed fabric installation commissioned for Greenworld traces her engagement with the local environment of her home here in Bayside.

Apply for Bayside Local exhibition
Bayside Local is an annual group exhibition that showcases the work of accomplished artists living in and around Bayside. In 2021 we are excited to be including the work of senior school students (years 11 and 12) who either live or study in Bayside into the exhibition. Students working in a range of mediums are encouraged to apply.
