Smart50 Awards

The Smart50 Awards, Australia’s premier program celebrating growth, innovation and resilience in SMEs, are back. Entries are now open to Australian businesses that have a $500K yearly revenue and have been in operation for at least three years.

Now in its 15th year, 2023’s Smart50 concentrates on the award’s legacy of recognising businesses that continue to shape the Australian landscape.

SmartCompany can reveal that last year’s Smart50 winners created 1,000 new jobs in FY 2021/22 and employed 2,430 Australians, while generating $690,552,293 in revenue.

In order to further celebrate Australia’s business all-stars, a new ‘Smart and Lasting’ award will be awarded to a Smart50 finalist who has made the list multiple times in recent years and exemplifies resilience, community and innovation.
