LAUNCHPAD: Promoting local launches
► Indie punk rockers Hideous Sun Demon launch their single cul-de-dasc visionfeaturing support from Peter Bibby, Lalić, Shit Narnia and The Darling Rangers on Saturday 19 December at Mojo’s Bar.
► Perth punk group Helta Skelta launch their new LP, supported by Kitchen’s Floor, The Darling Rangers, Cold Meat and Human Nothing at Babushka on Saturday 19 December.
► 90’s indie legends Turnstyle will launch their new album at the Rosemount’s A Not So Silent Night on Saturday 19 December, alongside performances by The Love Junkies, Ben Ely, Pat Chow, Puck, Rag n’ Bone, The Long Lost Brothers, Burgers of Beef, Segue Safari, The Drools, Gold Suns and Benny Mayhem.
► Western Australian singer-songwriter Benny Mayhem has released a new EP calledLive At Brighouse and will be performing on Saturday 19 December at Rosemount Hotel and Wednesday 23 December at Indi Bar to celebrate.
► Dreamy calypso roots band Simon Kelly’s Big Bamboo will launch their album at Mojo’s Bar on Thursday 7 January, supported by The Regular Hunters and Michael Boase.
►Pop rockers Gold Suns are releasing their debut single at Mojo’s Bar on Sunday 10 January, with support from Shimmergloom, Pool Boy and Sealamb.
