Cabernet Sauvignon, the world’s most popular red wine grape is a natural cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux in France. This grape is celebrated for its elegant and bold flavours, balanced palate and cellaring potential.
We love a good Cabernet here at Fox Creek, and this widely popular grape features in a number of our wines, including Vixen, JSM and Three Blocks.
