We again dig deep into our Vault of Treasured memories to bring you a “Golden Moment” repeat program, a program we believe is worthy of re-presenting so that the person and their story may be shared once more.
This is Part 1 of a 3-part program featuring the Life & Times Story of the then 67-year-old Bev Gould. Born Beverley Schultz at the outbreak of WWII, Bev can recall with uncanny detail her life from a very young age.
Her father enlisted to fight in the war while her mother, like many women of the day, worked full time assisting in the war effort in Australia.
So it is that Bev’s formative years are largely shaped by her connection with her Grandmother and she explains how this manifested itself.
