Currently wowing audiences across North America on their sold-out headline tour, acclaimed London four-piece Wolf Alice are set to arrive in Australia this month, when they’ll kick off their biggest headline shows down under to date.

It’s been three long years since the formidable UK band were last in Australia. Their April/May East Coast tour in support of their latest and third studio album, Blue Weekend, saw them take out Best Group at the 2022 Brit Awards and the coveted Mercury Music Prize.

The band’s show at Melbourne‘s iconic venue The Forum (Thursday 28 April) is officially sold out. Fans should not delay, with final tickets on sale now for the two remaining cities: Big Top, Sydney (Tuesday 26 April) and The Tivoli, Brisbane (Sunday 1 May). Head to frontiertouring.com/wolfalice for all the tour info.

Announced today, joining Wolf Alice as special guests are three hot local talents:

Sydney: With their debut album Everything Is Dangerous But Nothing’s Surprising out May 20 on Poison City Records, it’s a welcome return for Sydney four-piece Body Type, who recently dropped singles ‘Buoyancy’ and ‘Sex & Rage’, their first new music in three years. The band’s new tracks usher in a new era of for the group: a ragged rock-punk hybrid, savagely unapologetic in intent and delivery.

Melbourne: Channelling Riot Grrrl-era energy with a 2022 spin, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers formed at high school in Canberra, the now 20-year-olds the most natural, unapologetic and likeable punk-rockers you’ll meet. Their hilarious, lockdown-induced Teen Jesus TV is a must-watch, while triple j, Spotify and more are all over latest single ‘Girl Sports’. Stay tuned for the band’s upcoming EP, Pretty Good For A Girl Band, out May 13.

Brisbane: Hannah Brydon and Zoe Hilditch, aka Brisbane duo WIIGZ, first introduced themselves to fans with their infectious and energetic debut single ‘WWWWWHY’. WIIGZ operate as an audio-visual art collective, collaborating with creatives in the Brisbane scene. Singles like ‘Red Hot Pants’ are filled with funky basslines and fresh production, a genre hopping blend of disco, funk, soul and modern house.

This tour will sell out… grab your tickets now, before it’s too late! One of the UK’s most acclaimed bands, Wolf Alice live on stage are not to be missed.
