Find Your Practice at Wanderlust 108 Festival Melbourne
Melbourne’s Alexandra Gardens 9 November

The Wanderlust 108 Festival is set to return to Melbourne and to take over Alexandra Gardens on Saturday November 9 in what will be the biggest 108 event ever held in Australia. Join us for an uplifting and empowering day of yoga, meditation, motivational speakers and much more where participants can explore different types of practices for a transformational experience.

A whole host of new talent has been announced as part of the Melbourne Wanderlust 2019 line-up. Leading Australian nutritionist and best-selling cookbook author Lola Berry will join an already stellar line up hosting a food demo and joining leading life coach Kemi Nekvapil and host of the award-winning Mindful Kind podcast Rachael Kablefor a Sister Tribe panel on the importance of women that inspire, challenge and make us who we are.

But it’s not all about the girls with UK’s Michael James Wong leading the Aussie Boys of Yoga and sharing how more men are reaping the benefits of practicing yoga. The boys will be joined by Warrior One’s Dustin Brown, Vinyasa master instructor Duncan Parviainen and Bali’s Marc Laws II for the main stage yoga practice as part of the Mindful Triathlon.

Brand new to the 2019 festival, the Melbourne University Boat Club will transform into The Etitude Haven, a space where festival-goers can seek refuge for Mindful Meditation with Ray Good, Breathwork with Sian Pascale, Vedic Meditation philosophy with Laura Poole and Just Breathe techniques with Michael James Wong. There will also be a Cacao Ceremony with Claire Kenna to stimulate blood flow to the heart and brain, to unlock euphoric states and begin the day with intention and love.

The Shala will host pop-up yoga sessions with local and international teachers guiding festival-goers to find their own practice with the likes of Raja Yoga with Elise Carr to Restorative Yogapresented by Warrior One or Find Your Yoga Poses with Mark Laws.

A host of free events will take place during the day and will be open to the public. The Kula Marketplace will feature over 30 vendors retailing and sampling an array of beautiful jewellery, food products, apparel and yoga gear, and HIT FM x Fleetwood Fringe Flower Crowning.
