winewhitch SPHERE has much more expertise behind it than any other wine bar in Australia. With three serious wine degrees, awards and numerous smaller studies as well as more than 30 years in the wine industry, Jenny Polack has the ability and knowledge to find the perfect wine for everyone. One of Australia’s foremost wine educators, she is there for you at winewhitch SPHERE.
winewhitch SPHERE is within Seafood Express by Claypots in 83 Fitzroy St, St Kilda. Seafood Express is one of the newest Claypots venues. Claypots famous seafood is here for eat in or take away. Jenny will help you find the perfect wine for eat in or take away.
Only the best wines are chosen by Jenny. They represent excellent value for money wines from around the world; family owned and most importantly – wines with a sense of place.
Expect not just wines by the glass but also wine flights and special tastings, masterclasses and dinners.
